Meet the Owner

Of Ciarrai Construction

Hi, I’m Brian. I am originally from County Kerry in Ireland, and I began my career in construction with an apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery. Over the years, I have worked on various projects, including making and installing stairs, roofing, and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. My wife and I moved to San Francisco in the summer of 2015. We have two beautiful daughters and are loving the life we created here. I worked with a local general contractor for eight years before starting Ciarrai Construction in 2023. With over 17 years of experience, I aim to make Ciarrai Construction one of the most trusted names in the Bay Area.

During construction, we maintain open communication with weekly on-site meetings to discuss progress and address any concerns. Regular email updates keep you informed of all developments, focusing on transparency and collaboration.
